Challenge Events 2010

Broadway have teamed up with professional events company doitforcharity.com in order to provide good quality and exciting fundraising opportunities for our supporters this year.

If you want the perfect excuse for a personal challenge and have ever wanted to do an overseas trek; cycle from London to Paris; run a 5km in a Santa suit or skydive for charity – we can now offer you all of these opportunities during 2010!

We know that volunteering or carrying out collections doesn’t appeal to everybody.  Some people want to help but challenge themselves at the same time.

How we will support your challenge

Broadway’s fundraising team will help you to reach your fundraising target. We are experienced in organising and competing in charity events and are happy to share our personal and professional experiences with you. We may even be running alongside you on the day!

We will treat you as an individual, not just a number
As a small charity, we do not have hundreds of people competing in challenges and running events for us. This means you will receive a personalised service from our dedicated team and will be able to visit the services that will benefit from your efforts.  You will know that you made a difference.

We don’t have all the best ideas
Some of the most successful fundraising ideas have come from our supporters.  If you have a fundraising idea, please share it on 020 7710 0576.

What you will be fundraising for:

• Health and assessment services at the Broadway Centre in Shepherds Bush
• Work and Learning services in Shepherds Bush, Camden, Southwark and the City that help keep people in their homes
• New project development in line with client need (e.g. The Ballpoint Project – reading, writing, numeracy and English language education)

Your fundraising efforts are essential in helping us secure the future of our charitable services.
